For 4 persons.

Vegetables:

  • Four very little purple carrots
  • Four orange carrots
  • One quarter calliflower
  • Eight mushrooms (Paris kind)
  • One (smoked) garlic clove

Spices:

  • Masala curry powder
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Shortly fry vegetables in the big pan under a wild fire. Mix well. Before they start to burn, add up water, curry, pepper and salt. Mix well. When water starts to miss, try out. If you want it less crunchy, add up water. Add more spices if needed too. When you are OK with taste and consistency, stop the fire, and serve with rice.
